Storm is the secondary antagonist of the movie Nobita and the Wind Wizard.

Story

Dr. Storm is an archaeologist from the 22nd century and a true mastermind. After knowing about the prediction of the rebirth of Mafuga, he travels to past and becomes chief of the Storm tribe in order to revive Mafuga and build a new world with his own hands and become its king. He openned the tomb of Uranda and woke him up. After reviving Mahuga, he absorbed Uranda into a four-dimensional pet bottle, letting Mahuga destroy everything on the ground. However, Mahuga was defeated by Fuuko, and he was shot down by an Air Cannon fired by Gian. He was finally arrested by the Time Patrol.
