Pretty People Camera (めんくいカメラ Menkui kamera), also known as The Snobshutter in the Amazon Kindle English release, is a part of the 8th volume of the Doraemon manga.
Plot
Nobita walks in on Doraemon cleaning a camera. Doraemon tries to hide the camera, telling Nobita it is for his own good. When Nobita presses on, Doraemon explains that the camera will only photograph faces it considers good-looking enough. He takes a quick picture of Nobita to demonstrate, and the camera develops a picture of Nobita without a head. Angry, Nobita tries to take a picture of Doraemon, who runs away to get ready. Tamako notices the camera and asks Nobita to take a picture of her, but he refuses, stating he is unable to do that to his own mom.
Nobita shows the camera to Shizuka, Suneo and Gian. The camera develops a complete picture of Shizuka, but its next picture is of a headless Suneo. As Doraemon arrives with his face decorated with makeup, Nobita declares he is going to take a photo of Gian. Doraemon warns Nobita against doing so, as he fears Gian will beat up Nobita and destroy the device. When Gian threatens to destroy the camera, he does so. To their surprise, the camera develops a picture of Gian with his face present. Doraemon remarks that he has never seen a camera flatter someone before.
