Plot
On a hot summer day, Nobita sees Doraemon covering a quilt made of water.
Doraemon takes out "Water Processing Sprinkles" and asks Nobita to try it.
Nobita takes "Reducing Sprinkle" to stop him.
Mom enters the room, and upon seeing the mess, she furiously shouted at Nobita and Doraemon, and telling them to clean up along with telling them that they cannot waste water at home, while Doraemon is mutterly blaming Nobita for causing this.
Nobita and the others got to the beach to play with water and build a house with water. Shizuka and Suneo build a boat with water, Suneo builds a hovercraft, and Shizuka builds a goose-shaped boat.
But Gian's warship sinks Shizuka and Suneo's ship. Everyone is racing, and Gian's warship is accidentally hit and sunk by Nobita's submarine.
Nobita makes clothes with water, and Doraemon builds a water house. He originally plans to paint the water house to block the sun, but Doraemon accidentally takes "Reducing Sprinkle" and is restored by Nobita. Shizuka, Gian and Suneo's clothes also follows the restoration and becomes completely naked.
